At HENSEN, a subsidiary of Haosheng Electric Vehicles Co., Ltd., we specialize in the engineering and manufacturing of heavy-duty electric transport vehicles and intelligent AGV systems. With nearly two decades of experience, we have completed over 1,000 customized projects across 150+ industries—from wind energy and shipbuilding to automotive, steel, petrochemical, and smart logistics.
Our state-of-the-art facility spans over 20,000 square meters, supported by an in-house R&D team, advanced CNC production lines, and certified quality systems. From manually operated electric trucks to fully automated AGVs and RGVs with capacities up to 800 tons, we offer scalable solutions that meet the demands of high-precision, high-load, and multi-scenario operations.

2005
Foundation year — Our journey began with a single factory specializing in the manufacturing of electric transport vehicles.
2008
Launched development of a 10-ton electric transfer cart and obtained the special equipment production license for fixed platform transport vehicles.
2013
Developed our first 30-ton trackless transfer cart with Ackermann steering, successfully deployed at Zotye Auto.
Also developed a 4m³ fully electric firefighting water truck.
2017
Relocated to our new facility in Qingshan Lake Science City. Developed a 15-ton AGV with a visual navigation system.
Developed a 10-ton autonomous (driverless) transport vehicle.
Developed an IoT-enabled intelligent vehicle dashboard.
Developed a 180-ton rail-guided towing vehicle.
2020
Developed an integrated AGV controller based on ARM architecture.
Delivered a 70-ton APM rail traction vehicle for railway engineering.
Developed a 60-ton heavy-load AGV with multiple wheel groups.
Delivered a 160-ton low-profile four-wheel-drive RGV.
Developed a 40-ton RGV capable of automatic rail-switching.
2021
Established our wholly owned subsidiary: Hangzhou HENSEN Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
Developed a 45-ton AGV with differential drive and full automation.
Launched proprietary smart control boards for intelligent transport vehicles.
Developed a 35-ton AGV with dual-steering axles.
Developed a 40-ton dual-differential steering wheel AGV.
Developed an Ackermann steering AGV guided by color tape.
Developed a steering-wheel AGV guided by magnetic tape.
Developed an RTK satellite-positioning navigation AGV with differential steering.
2022
Developed a 35-ton electric tow tractor.
Delivered a 50-ton lithium battery-powered transport vehicle.
Launched a 50-ton heavy-duty AGV with laser navigation.
Successfully delivered a fully automated assembly line for a major injection molding equipment group in Guangdong.
Completed the overall logistics production line for a high-precision and customized fastener manufacturer in Taizhou, Jiangsu.
2023
Unveiled a 60-ton hydraulic self-leveling AGV with differential steering at the Changsha Construction Machinery Expo.
Delivered a 200-ton nacelle assembly line and 80-ton hub assembly line for a leading global wind turbine manufacturer.
Partnered with Anhui QILI (a high-tech special vehicle manufacturer) to deliver 20 custom AGVs for an automated refitting production line, integrated with ERP systems.
2024
Launched second-generation 3D SLAM + RTK hybrid navigation AGVs.
Delivered a 135-ton RGV master-slave shuttle system for intelligent coating lines in the wind power sector.
Delivered two AGV-40 fully automated tunnel segment production lines.
Delivered an AGV-150 customized for wind turbine component logistics.
